The Postoari is an attractive Bed and Breakfast on the Dutch island of Terschelling. In a former parsonage on the eastern part of the island we offer a typical ‘Terschellinger bed en ombiten’ (the local dialect for a B&B).

We have four luxurious rooms, named after four ministers who have actually lived here over the past 100 years. The atmosphere of the olden days is visible in the decoration of the rooms.
The garden is an oasis of tranquility for you to relax in after a day of cycling or enjoying the beach.
Co-owner Flang Cupido offers cookery workshops and does catering with locally grown ingredients.

The ‘Witkop’ room | the ‘Scheepstra’ attic room

Because over the past 100 years a number of ministers have lived in the Parsonage we have named our rooms after some of them. The ‘Witkop’ room is decorated in Jugendstil, the ‘Haseloop’ room in art-deco, the ‘Scheepstra’ attic room has a 50s vibe and the ‘Wiersma’ room is done in 70s style. All rooms have an en suite bathroom. Two of the rooms have a bath, the other two have a double rain shower. Our Honeymoon suite has a private balcony, perfect to have a delicious breakfast on. The attic rooms have a splendid view over the Waddenzee. In the hallway, you will find coffee and tea making facilities, as well as various snacks and a fridge stocked with organic wines, beers and sodas. Free wireless internet is available throughout the premises.

Prices

The Haseloop and Scheepstra rooms are 135 € per night,
the Wiersma room 125 €, and the Witkop room 110 €,
all prices include breakfast and exclude tourist tax (1,50 pppn).

For single use the rooms are 95 € (Witkop & Wiersma) and 105 € (Haseloop & Scheepstra) per night.

For a booking of three nights and over, there is a 10% discount on the total amount.
Over the weekend there is a minimum stay of two days and for specific (bank)holidays (i.e. Easter) a minimum of three nights.

Our beds have separate duvets. If you prefer to snug under a double duvet please make a note of that with your reservation. If you prefer twin beds we can easily arrange the room that way.
An extra bed or cot is available. The price for an extra person in the room is 30 € (4 years and up) or 15 € (babies and toddlers) per night.

The Postoari is a smoke free environment. Pets are not welcome.
